Description/Blazon
A silver color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86cm) in width consisting of a light blue disc charged with a black Pegasus surmounted at top by a blue scroll inscribed "SURPASS THE STANDARD" in silver letters.

Symbolism
Ultramarine blue is the color traditionally used by aviation units, while light blue represents the sky and the unit's theater of operations. The Pegasus refers to the group's home and heritage as well as its mission and capabilities.
